At Sangistore.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product is hand-checked for quality and accuracy before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product or color.
  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

Note: Returns are not applicable on sarees that have been customized (e.g., with fall & pico), blouses stitched on request, discounted or sale items, or accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@sangistore.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product showing the issue (if damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product damage), we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse standard courier charges.
  • If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., color not liked), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense (only if accepted by our team under exception cases).

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the item was paid for via Cash on Delivery, we will issue a store credit or request bank details for NEFT transfer.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@sangistore.com with your order number.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched blouses
  • Sarees with fall/pico or custom alterations
  • Items purchased during sales or with coupon codes
  • Gift cards
