  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Customised or Made-to-Order items may take additional time, as specified on the product page.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days
  • Remote or Out of Delivery Areas (ODA): Delivery timelines may vary based on service availability.

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to courier partner operations, public holidays, or unforeseen events like weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee, displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our services globally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment directly on our website or the courier partner's tracking page.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Sangi Store is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery will be initiated as per courier partner policies.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at support@sangistore.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • In case of lost shipments (confirmed by courier partner), we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
